We ship orders every day Monday - Friday until 3 pm. All drug test orders qualify for our Always Free Shipping. If you order before 3pm, we will pack and ship your order today.
 

Shipping Transit Times:

We ship out of our warehouse in Wilmington, NC. Shipping transit times are shortest if you are on the east coast and a little longer for our west coast customers.

• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 2 to 4 days (Monday-Saturday) to most locations
• USPS First Class Mail: Delivery in 2 to 7 days (Monday-Saturday).
• UPS Ground: Delivery based on distance to destination - typically in 3 to 5 business days (M-F)
• UPS Next Day Air: Deliver next business day (M-F) typically by 10:30 a.m.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days (M-F) typically by end of the day

Shipping Options:

Free Shipping - most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. A few smaller orders may ship via USPS First Class Mail.

Upgraded Shipping - if you need your tests quicker, you can choose to upgrade and pay for UPS Next Day Air or UPS Second Day Air.  

Returns:

We accept returns of unused product and will issue a full refund for any unused/unopened tests. We have a simple Returns Policy. If you are unhappy with any tests, return your unused, unopened tests to:

Within two days of receiving your return, we will issue a refund back to the credit card used for the transaction.

RETURN SHIPPING: If you change your mind on a product ordered, you will cover the cost of return shipping. We ask that you return any products within 30 days if possible since these are subject to expiration dates. 

We will gladly send you a Return Label at our expense if we send the wrong product by mistake, if your order arrives damaged, or if the product is not performing as expected. Please reach out and let us help!
